Elizabeth was born in Greensboro, NC where she began her ballet training with Emily Adams. She continued her training at the North Carolina School of the Arts with Melissa Hayden, Warren Conover and Kee-Juan Han. She furthered her studies at the Miami City Ballet School as a professional division student. In 2008 she joined Orlando Ballet II where she performed with both the school and with the company.
