The Sarasota Ballet of Florida is seeking a qualified individual to fill a newly created Box Office Manager position. Responsibilities include all functions related to the daily operation of a box office including ticket sales and customer service; resolution of customer issues; daily supervision of part time staff; supply maintenance and inventory control; process, print and distribute individual and season tickets; analyze sales reports for trend forecasting and end of day reconciliation of daily receipts. Prior ticketing and supervisory experience preferred. Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and occasional holidays. Salary commensurate with experience. The Sarasota Ballet of Florida is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of comptroller. Responsibilities include maintaining financial, accounting, and personnel services in order to meet mission of the Ballet. The Comptroller reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, managing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations. The Comptroller will also work closely with Information Technology (IT) staff to enhance and better integrate Finance, HR and IT functions. May be required to work an occasional evening, weekend and/or holidays. Salary commensurate with experience.
