Ticket Donation Requests

Each year The Sarasota Ballet supports community organizations by providing performance tickets for auctions and other fund raising events. Donations are a ticket voucher for two tickets with a retail value of $130 - $150 for a Saturday evening performance at the Sarasota Opera House (November 28, 2009, December 4, 2009 or April 3, 2010).

To request a donation, please send a letter of request on your organization's letterhead and include the following information:

• Date of the event
• Name of the event
• Purpose of the event
• Beneficiaries of the event
• Contact person for the event.

Please note that only those organizations that actually receive ticket donations from the Sarasota Ballet will be contacted. Organizations that receive ticket donations will receive a letter with the ticket value for their auction book. Letters will be mailed out within 10 business days. Please do not call or email asking about the status of your ticket request.
