Over the past decade The Sarasota Ballet has earned its place among the leading ballet companies in America, with rave reviews in some of the most well respected dance publications and invitations to some of the most prestigious dance venues across the country. As a member of our profesional company you will have the priviledge to perform in one of the most varied and distinguished repertoires in America, performing works by such acclaimed chorographers as Sir Frederick Ashton, George Balanchine, Matthew Bourne, Christopher Wheeldon, Will Tuckett and Antony Tudor to name but a few.
This Season, you could have been dancing in a World Premiere by Marcelo Gomes, in George Balanchine's Bugaku, Paul Taylor's Airs and Sir Frederick Ashton's The Dream. The question is, what will you be dancing in next season?
