Favorite role: George Balanchine’s Rubies! It was my first professional ballet that I performed with Carolina Ballet. The choreography is sharp, jazzy and commanding. I love getting to show that side of my dancing/personality onstage. This past summer in 2024, I danced this ballet once again. This time we were instructed by the original Ruby herself, Patricia McBride. This ballet will always hold a special place in my heart!

Favorite costume: My Prince Siegfried costumes when I performed in English National Ballet’s “My First Ballet: Swan Lake.”  The costume for act 1 is a cream tunic and act 3 is a black velvet tunic. They both were stunning and fit perfectly. I felt so regal every time I stepped onto the stage.
