Join The Sarasota Ballet Dancers & Staff for an evening unlike any other in honor of former Prima Ballerina of The Royal Ballet Margaret Barbieri, and the 50th Anniversary of her promotion to Principal Dancer by Dame Ninette de Valois & Director John Field. The 29th Season Gala will feature performances by Diana Vishneva, a Principal with Russia’s renowned Mariinsky Ballet; Marcelo Gomes, an International Guest Artist and former Principal with American Ballet Theatre; Misa Kuranaga, Principal with San Francisco Ballet and longtime Principal with Boston Ballet; Angelo Greco, Principal with San Francisco Ballet; and The Sarasota Ballet.

5:00PM Performance begins promptly. Please be seated by 4:55PM.
6:30PM Hors d’Oeuvres following performance, in an elegantly decorated tent in front of The Sarasota Opera House.
