Matthew Hart is a dancer, actor, singer and choreographer. A soloist with the Royal Ballet before joining Rambert Dance Company for four years, Hart was nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Dance. Hi is also an award-winning choreographer and has created works for classical companies in the UK and abroad. He joined the Ballet Boyz as a founder member of George Piper Dances in 2001 and was a guest artist with K Ballet, Tokyo in 2003 - 2004. He returned to Japan to make his musical debut playing Sydney Cohen in Adam Cooper's production of On Your Toes. Hart returned to the Royal Opera House in 2002 and created Toad in Will Tuckett's The Wind in the Willows for Royal Opera House 2, The Devil in Tuckett's The Soldier's Tale in 2004 - 2005, a role in Cathy Marston's Asyla and The Prince in Kim Brandstrup's The Anatomy of a Storyteller. Hart created The Sarasota Ballet's newest version of The Nutcracker, titled John Ringling's Circus Nutcracker, in 2013.
